At Eskia Computers we like to help our customers as much as possible, no matter who or where they are. We have now created a new service - Global Support 

We offer Remote support to any part of the world as long as your internet connection is working, if not our team can still help over the phone. 

Your consent will be required before a connection can be initiated.  A connection between us and you can be set up in a matter of  a few seconds over the Internet. The connection is secure and totally in your control.  If at any point you are not happy with the connection you can stop the support. After the support has finished the software will unistall itself, then the only way we can connect back to your computer is if you restart the software.

Getting Started

First click here When asked to save or run please click RUN. If asked again click RUN again or ALLOW depending on version.

At this point a box will come up in the centre of the screen with the software displayed, when that happens please phone our support department and we will talk you through the problem from then on. It's as easy and quick as that and you do not need to wait for an appointment.
